To use your diffuser, please follow these steps:

1. Unbox the diffuser and plug in the power cord to charge the battery.
2. Pull the top of the diffuser off of the base.
3. Unscrew the empty bottle. Be sure the full bottle is snug to prevent leaking.
4. Carefully insert the diffuser top with a full bottle of oil back into the base.
5. Hold down the button on the front for three seconds to turn on. Diffuser will beep once.
6. Press the button again to adjust the scent strength. See manual for intensity level settings.
7. To change between Car and Home mode, press and hold the button for more than six seconds. You will hear two beeps for Car mode and three beeps for Home mode.
8. Recharge your diffuser when all three lights on the front are blinking continuously.

• Save Empty Bottles! Wash them with soap and water and reuse them for new fragrances.
• Try your diffuser in multiple locations for the best coverage. Simply moving it to an adjacent wall, can make all the difference in how well it performs.
• Running your diffuser 24/7 will consume a lot of oil. 
• Oil can be messy, so, keep a watch for leaks and quickly clean any spills with soap and water.

The Companion Mini Portable Diffuser comes with a 90 day warranty. If you are having any problems with your device, please contact us. We’ll do our best to help you. However, if we are unable to resolve your issue, we will replace your diffuser.

When the Companion is properly placed, in a room with an open floor plan, you can easily scent spaces up to 300 sq. ft. The Companion uses the airflow of your room to uniformly move the micro-mist around your space. Keep in mind, that ceiling height, room partitions and other things that vary airflow may hinder how well your Companion will cover. If you are not happy with the coverage, move the Companion to another outlet. .

Absolutely. However, they must be used as directed. Our oils are free of harmful VOCs and when properly diffused leave no residue on surfaces. Just remember to always keep your diffuser upright to ensure you do not spill any oil. Spilled oil must be cleaned immediately with soap and water.

There is a 15% restocking fee on ALL items being returned.

Return payments will be issued AFTER items have been received and reviewed for inspection by our customer service team.

The customer is responsible for returning the product within the 30 day policy.
