Our fragrances are not your run-of-the-mill aromas. In contrast to many fragrance solutions offered by Big Box Retailers like plug-ins and aerosol sprays, we take great care in crafting each fragrance with only the finest raw ingredients available to ensure it delivers an aromatic experience that is unique, deep and engaging. When you think Potion & Twig… think Luxurious!
All of our fragrances are considered hypoallergenic and are made to meet the environmental standards of the EPA as well as fragrance standards set by the International Fragrance Association (IFRA) and Research Institute of Fragrance Materials (RIFM). Our aromas do not contain phthalates and comply with all VOC (volatile organic compounds) regulations as set by the California Air Resources Board (CARB).
We understand that sometimes you may feel the need to return an item. Before doing so, please take a moment to acquaint yourself with our return policy:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Open aroma bottles are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Any item that has been opened and/or used is non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Damaged products are non-returnable and/or non-refundable.
- There is a 15% restocking fee on ALL items being returned.
- Return payments will be issued AFTER items have been received and reviewed for inspection by our customer service team.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product within the 30 day policy.
- Payment will be reissued in the form it was received.
All our oils are compatible with any of our machines, but each bottle does have a direct fit to a diffuser if you do not want to ever pour/transfer your refill. See below for fitment:

I spent an inordinate amount of time researching home diffusers. I wasn't necessarily keen on a humidifier/water-sourced fragrance system, mostly due to concerns about maintaining a bacteria-free environment. I happened to come across the Potion and Twig website and experienced an "ah-ha" moment when I realized that what I had been desiring was the waterless-based system of delivery that Sienna was providing. You get what you pay for! I cannot speak highly enough regarding the ease of use, the ability to schedule diffusion via cellphone, and the variety of fragrance options available. I want them all! The room diffusion provides generous delivery of fragrance throughout my entire first floor. Simplicity in maintenance, "clean" use, and mood-enhancing fragrances have all contributed to my total satisfaction in making this purchase. Plus, I must mention that their customer service is quick and highly responsive! Eureka!
