Your Companion diffuser is equipped with a rechargeable battery. Use the included charger and charging cable to charge your diffuser until all three LED lights are lit. Hold down the control button for three seconds and release to turn the diffuser on. Press the control button again to increase the fragrance.

Your Potion & Twig Diffuser comes with a 90 day warranty. If you are having any problems with your device, please contact us. We’ll do our best to help you. However, if we are unable to resolve your issue, we will replace your diffuser.
We design all of our aromas using high-quality essential oils and safe synthetic ingredients while meeting compliance for use by the “International Fragrance Association” (IFRA).
Your diffuser converts high-quality fragrance oils into a micro-mist that is distributed using the air-flow of your room.
Here are a few things to consider to get the most from your diffuser.
1. Make sure that your diffuser is plugged into a working electrical outlet. Make sure that it is powered on.
2. Ensure that the location of your diffuser has adequate air-flow. You must have good airflow to grab the scent and move it around the room. Placing your diffuser near an open window or return air vent will remove the fragrance from the room.
3. You may need to increase the “Grade” or “Working Time” of the diffuser. Turn the diffuser up and make it run more often.
4. Using the same fragrance for long periods of time can cause nose blindness. Nose blindness, or olfactory fatigue happens when our brains become desensitized to a particular smell over time. Try switching out your fragrance from time to time.

Placing your diffuser in a room with an open floor plan and having good airflow will maximize the amount of space you can scent.
Keep in mind, that ceiling height, room partitions and other things that vary airflow may hinder how well your diffuser will cover.
If you are not happy with the coverage, move the diffuser around the room until you find the perfect placement.
Companion -- up to 300 square feet.
Sienna -- up to 800 square feet
Gallery -- up to 1200 square feet
Terra -- up to 2000 square feet
Absolutely. However, they must be used as directed. Our oils are free of harmful VOCs and when properly diffused leave no residue on surfaces. Just remember to always keep your diffuser upright to ensure you do not spill any oil. Spilled oil must be cleaned immediately with soap and water.

An un-used item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Open aroma bottles are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Any item that has been opened and/or used is non-returnable and non-refundable.
Damaged devices are non-returnable and/or non-refundable.
There is a 15% restocking fee on ALL items being returned.
Return payments will be issued AFTER items have been received and reviewed for inspection by our customer service team.
The customer is responsible for returning the product within the 30 day policy.
Payment will be reissued in the form it was received.
