To use your diffuser, please follow these steps:

1. Unbox the diffuser and wait to connect power before starting.
2. Pull the top of the diffuser up off of the base.
3. Unscrew the empty bottle. Attach the full bottle.Be sure it is snug to prevent leaking.4. Carefully insert the diffuser top with a full bottle of oil back into the base. Be sure to line up the nozzle with the hole in the base.
5. Plug the power cord into the diffuser and a wall outlet.
6. Download the "Aroma-Link" app to your smartphone and ensure your Bluetooth is turned on.
7. Open the "Aroma-Link" app and program your schedule. Default password is 1 2 3 4.

Your Terra diffuser is designed to be plugged directly into a 110v power outlet. It can sit on a flat surface. We design all of our aromas using high-quality essential oils and safe synthetic ingredients while meeting compliance for use by the “International Fragrance Association” (IFRA).

When the Terra is properly placed, in a room with good airflow and an open floor plan, you can easily scent spaces up to 2,000 sq. ft. The Terra uses the airflow of your room to uniformly move the micro-mist around your space. Keep in mind, that ceiling height, room partitions and other things that vary airflow may hinder how well your Terra will cover. If you are not happy with the coverage, move the Terra to another spot in your space.

Absolutely. However, they must be used as directed. Our oils are free of harmful VOCs and when properly diffused leave no residue on surfaces. Just remember to always keep your diffuser upright to ensure you do not spill any oil. Spilled oil must be cleaned immediately with soap and water.

An item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Open aroma bottles are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Any item that has been opened and/or used is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Damaged devices are non-returnable and/or non-refundable.

There is a 15% restocking fee on ALL items being returned.

Return payments will be issued AFTER items have been received and reviewed for inspection by our customer service team.

The customer is responsible for returning the product within the 30 day policy.
