To use your diffuser, please follow these steps:
1. Unbox the diffuser and wait to connect it to power.
2. Twist the base of the diffuser off exposing the atomizer straw.
3. Unscrew the empty bottle and save it for future use.
4. Install your new bottle of oil.
5. Make sure your diffuser stays upright (verticle) so you do not spill oil.
6. Plug the diffuser into an electric wall outlet (keeping your diffuser upright).
7. Download the APP SiennaAromaDiffuser. Be sure your Bluetooth is turned on.
8. Open the APP and select your device.
9. Enter the default password "8888"
10. Finally, program the diffuser with your desired schedule. See the owners manual for programming details.

lol you guys should sponsor ivan’s smith furniture theyre how i found out about potion and twig i was furniture shopping and it smelled so good in the store specifically the airline bossier location and i mean all around the store from the entrance from the very back and i stopped and asked one of the sales rep how did they make it smell so good and she told me (i can’t remember her name) that it was from potion and twig the scent waterfall and of course the diffuser from aroma impressions i dropped the picture of they’re diffuser below. and now my home smells just like the waterfall scent all through my home i also got free samples when i placed my order. you guys now have a forever loyal customer
I love my Sienna. Using it in my new home with Retreat (favorite so far), Tea and Bamboo (very nice), Linen (not used yet), and Tea and Fig (not a fan - too strong). Works so well. Can smell Retreat throughout 3600 square feet, 2 stories. The app is very basic and cumbersome. Wish it worked like Pura app. Looking forward to trying new scents.
I recently visited a local furniture store that was utilizing the commercial version of this product. Business owner graciously gave me the name of the product and wonderful aroma all around the store. I immediately came home and looked up the website and ordered the home plugin version and Retreat scent. I moved it around in the house trying different locations to make the most of the wonderful smell. I finally ended up placing it close to the air conditioner return and the a/c helps spread the scent throughout the house. I am considering buying another one for the basement. Very pleased with how quickly I received it and how easy it was to use. Love walking into the house and being greeted with the lovely smells!

Sienna was purposefully engineered to deliver our fragrances in a super-fine micro-mist that travels through your room using natural airflow. Unlike the old familiar plug-ins that evaporate in small areas, the Sienna actually diffuses the perfect amount of aroma oil into the air and creates the coverage you desire. Simply set your desired "Grade Level" in the Sienna Smart Diffuser App. You can also schedule days and times you want Sienna to scent.

Your Sienna diffuser is designed to be plugged directly into a 110v power outlet. Next, you’ll need to program your diffuser for the perfect scent level and schedule it’s run time. Just download the Sienna Aroma Diffuser app from the Apple or Android store using the links below.
The Sienna Smart Diffuser comes with a 90 day warranty. If you are having any problems with your device, please contact us. We’ll do our best to help you. However, if we are unable to resolve your issue, we will replace your diffuser.
We design all of our aromas using high-quality essential oils and safe synthetic ingredients while meeting compliance for use by the “International Fragrance Association” (IFRA).
When the Sienna is properly placed, in a room with an open floor plan, you can easily scent from between 500-1000 sq. ft. Sienna uses the airflow of your room to uniformly move the micro-mist around your space. Keep in mind, that ceiling height, room partitions and other things that vary airflow may hinder how well your Sienna will cover. If you are not happy with the coverage, move the Sienna to another outlet. .
Absolutely. However, they must be used as directed. Our oils are free of harmful VOCs and when properly diffused leave no residue on surfaces. Just remember to always keep your diffuser upright to ensure you do not spill any oil. Spilled oil must be cleaned immediately with soap and water.

An item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Open aroma bottles are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Any item that has been opened and/or used is non-returnable and non-refundable.
Damaged devices are non-returnable and/or non-refundable.
There is a 15% restocking fee on ALL items being returned.
Return payments will be issued AFTER items have been received and reviewed for inspection by our customer service team.
The customer is responsible for returning the product within the 30 day policy.
