Gallery Diffuser

The Gallery functions as both a wall-mountable and standalone diffuser, ensuring consistent coverage with its production of super-small fragrance particles that are forced into the room with a silent internal fan. Using cold air diffusion technology, similar to all our diffusers, the Gallery transforms fragrance oil into a dry nano-mist through a high-pressure dispersion process, effectively permeating your space.

Using your smartphone and Bluetooth, the Gallery can be easily programmed to diffuse fragrances according to your preferred time and schedule while making your space unforgettable.

To use your diffuser, please follow these steps:

1. Unbox the diffuser and wait to connect power before starting.
2. Use the plastic security key provided with the diffuser to open the door and access the oil compartment.
3. Carefully pull out the diffuser and bottle using your index finger and thumb.
4. Unscrew the provided plastic bottle from the diffuser head.
5. Pour your preferred fragrance oil into the provided plastic bottle, being careful not to overfill it.
6. After filling, insert the diffuser straw into the filled bottle and screw it tightly onto the bottle.
7. Carefully slide the diffuser head and bottle back into the body of the diffuser, making sure that the bottle is inserted correctly to avoid oil leaks.
8. Once the oil and diffuser head is properly inserted, you can safely plug in the diffuser to power.
9. Finally, connect the diffuser to the "Aroma-Link" app and program your schedule (default password is 1 2 3 4.)

Your Gallery diffuser is designed to be plugged directly into a 110v power outlet. It can sit on a flat surface or it can easily hang on the wall. The Gallery Smart Diffuser comes with a 90 day warranty. If you are having any problems with your device, please contact us. We’ll do our best to help you. However, if we are unable to resolve your issue, we will replace your diffuser.

We design all of our aromas using high-quality essential oils and safe synthetic ingredients while meeting compliance for use by the “International Fragrance Association” (IFRA).

When the Gallery is properly placed, in a room with an open floor plan, you can easily scent spaces up to1,200 sq. ft. The Gallery uses the airflow of your room to uniformly move the micro-mist around your space. Keep in mind, that ceiling height, room partitions and other things that vary airflow may hinder how well your Gallery will cover. If you are not happy with the coverage, move the Gallery to another outlet.

Absolutely. However, they must be used as directed. Our oils are free of harmful VOCs and when properly diffused leave no residue on surfaces. Just remember to always keep your diffuser upright to ensure you do not spill any oil. Spilled oil must be cleaned immediately with soap and water.

WE UNDERSTAND THAT SOMETIMES YOU MAY FEEL THE NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM. BEFORE DOING SO, PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO ACQUAINT YOURSELF WITH OUR RETURN POLICY:

An item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Open aroma bottles are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Any item that has been opened and/or used is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Damaged devices are non-returnable and/or non-refundable.

There is a 15% restocking fee on ALL items being returned.

Return payments will be issued AFTER items have been received and reviewed for inspection by our customer service team.

The customer is responsible for returning the product within the 30 day policy.

Payment will be reissued in the form it was received.
