To use your diffuser, please follow these steps:

1. Unbox the diffuser and wait to connect it to power.
2. Pull out the atomizer head (top) to refill oil.
3. Unscrew the empty bottle and fill it with oil or save it for future use.
4. Screw the bottle back into the atomizer.
5. Make sure your diffuser stays upright (vertical) so you do not spill oil.
6. Plug the diffuser into an electric wall outlet (keeping your diffuser upright).
7. Download the Aroma-Link app. Be sure your Bluetooth is turned on.
8. Choose bluetooth mode make sure your phone is near device
9. Click My Devices find device's name "SmartAroma.A0"
10. Enter the default password "1234"
11. Finally, program the diffuser with your desired schedule. See the owners manual for programming details.

• Oil can be messy, so, keep a watch for leaks and quickly clean any spills with soap and water.

The Lumen Smart Diffuser comes with a 90 day warranty. If you are having any problems with your device, please contact us. We’ll do our best to help you. However, if we are unable to resolve your issue, we will replace your diffuser.

We design all of our aromas using high-quality essential oils and safe synthetic ingredients while meeting compliance for use by the “International Fragrance Association” (IFRA) as well as CA Prop 65 compliance. They are hypoallergenic and free from harmful VOCs.

When the Lumen is properly placed, in a room with an open floor plan, you can easily scent from between 700-1100 sq. ft. Lumen uses the airflow of your room to uniformly move the micro-mist around your space. Keep in mind, that ceiling height, room partitions and other things that vary airflow may hinder how well your Lumen will cover. If you are not happy with the coverage, move the rechargeable Lumen diffuser to another area.

Absolutely. However, they must be used as directed. Our oils are free of harmful VOCs and when properly diffused leave no residue on surfaces. Just remember to always keep your diffuser upright to ensure you do not spill any oil. Spilled oil must be cleaned immediately with soap and water.

An item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Open aroma bottles are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Any item that has been opened and/or used is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Damaged devices are non-returnable and/or non-refundable.

There is a 15% restocking fee on ALL items being returned.

Return payments will be issued AFTER items have been received and reviewed for inspection by our customer service team.

The customer is responsible for returning the product within the 30 day policy.

Payment will be reissued in the form it was received.
