All of our fragrances are considered hypoallergenic and are made to meet the environmental standards of the EPA as well as fragrance standards set by the International Fragrance Association (IFRA) and Research Institute of Fragrance Materials (RIFM). Our aromas do not contain phthalates and comply with all VOC (volatile organic compounds) regulations as set by the California Air Resources Board (CARB).

Free Scent Replacement Guarantee: Trying us for the first time? If your first 30mL or 100mL fragrance oil isn't the right match, reach out within 30 days and we'll send a free replacement scent on us.
Standard Return Policy:
- Unopened items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase (a 15% restocking fee applies to standard returns, and the customer is responsible for return shipping).
- Opened or used aroma bottles are non-returnable for a cash refund, though your first 30mL or 100mL bottle is covered by our Free Scent Replacement Guarantee above.
- Items damaged due to customer misuse are non-refundable. Transit damage and hardware defects are fully covered, including our 90-day diffuser replacement warranty.
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment after returned items are received and inspected by our customer service team.
